Using the nationally acclaimed "Coveritlive" software, Alabama attorney Darrell Cartwright will be providing commentary, addressing issues and answering questions in the area of Alabama employment laws. Issues expected to arise include sexual harrassment, racial discrimination, lawsuits from both the employer and the employee's perspective, "permanent" employment, covenants not to compete, and much more.
